D.O.C.G. stands for Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita – controlled and guaranteed designation of origin. Only specialist areas and observance of procedural guidelines can produce a wine with the specific quality characteristics.
The minerasoil and the soil with its life cycle and organic substances are the heritage of rich the land in which are vines are rooted.
The character of the grape is formed when it is caressed by the sun’s rays and nurtured by the unvarying microclimate of the Piedmont hills.
The best day to start the harvest? We only harvest our grapes when they look sound and ripe, and when the time is right for the life of the vineyard.
